Homeschool Groups & School Field Trips

People Ensuring Animal Care Exists (P.E.A.C.E.) is an accredited charity, located in Mission, BC.

At P.E.A.C.E. Farm Sanctuary, we offer students a unique experience. When visiting the farm sanctuary, students learn about the sentience and autonomy of farmed animals who call the sanctuary home, sharing their stories of rescue and triumph. We also explore how the charity focuses on animal-centered design when creating sanctuary residents’ homes, and how we share the space with wildlife: bears, coyotes, bobcats, deer, birds, frogs, bumblebees, bats and more!

*We are also happy to make this field trip an educational experience through teaching students about supporting a charity through fundraising for them, in lieu of parents paying a fixed cost. If this is the route you’d love to take, please check the box in the form below that states: “I’d love to do a fundraising activity with my students, in lieu of a fixed cost. Let’s connect!“. We will then reach out to make sure any fundraising activity your students would like to take on fits with our charity’s vision and mission. Good examples are selling West Coast Seeds, freezies, or doing a vegan cupcake fundraiser.
